Super Duper Food
It's been exactly 1 month and weight loss of a half a pound a day has occurred! This picture above was taken today, July 24th 2011, and the pic of me on the right side is a video capture pic from June 24th 2011. Man time flies! I started with 2 scoops a day for the 1st 10 days, and now mostly 1 scoop a day. I know if I had been doing 2 every day, I would have lost around 20 pounds in 30 days!
